Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, Cape Cod's only Forbes Five Star hotel is seeking a Sous Chef for its Fine Dining Restaurant, twenty eight Atlantic.  The Sous Chef will assist in the training and in leading the twenty eight Atlantic culinary and stewarding teams.  Along with the resort's Executive Chef, and the Chef de Cuisine, the Sous Chef will assist in creating and in leading the execution of the menus in meeting the resort's standards and in exceeding the expectations of our guests.  The Sous Chef will be responsible for the culinary and stewarding teams in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, twenty eight Atlantic.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience in a luxury restaurant setting.  

Strong leadership, organization and communication skills are required.
