Be part of a special team and a member of Cape Cod's only five star resort. The Executive Assistant is responsible for helping to manage the day-to day operation of the resort. These duties include providing executive-level administrative support for the Managing Partner for all activities including scheduling, reporting, project management and all collaborative activities required. The ideal candidate will be highly affable, energetic and capable of managing a diverse and ever changing number of responsibilities in a positive and productive manner. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary contact for external contact and communication on behalf of the executive office. Other duties include correspondence, telephone screening, travel arrangements, filing and the general organization of the office. The position is mainly self-directed and exercises considerable independent judgement and authority as well as the utmost discretion, in accomplishing the work for the office.
