Cape Cod's only Forbes Five Star Hotel is seeking a Front of the House Manager to oversee front desk, concierge, pbx, and bell sevices. Knowledge and proficiency required of all front desk activities including checking guests in and out of the resort, concierge and bell services and switchboard operations. Possess the ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and courteously. Effectively communicate all guests requests or needs to other departments. Supervise front desk, switchboard and bell staff and assist them in their daily duties to ensure the best possible guest experience. Be knowledgeable of the resort's operating system and ensure input is accurate and in accordance with resort's policies and procedures.

Excellent computer, leadership and customer service skills are required. Previous experience in a Front Office management role is required.
