Cape Cod's only Forbes Five Star Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager The successful candidate will have the versatility to assist in managing both the morning and evening shifts in the resort's fine dining restaurant, twenty eight Atlantic. In addition, the Food and Beverage Manager will assist in overseeing the resort's Catered Events, particularly in the fall when many of these events are currently scheduled.
Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills are required.
The ability to educate the staff and inspire them to deliver on our food and beverage standards is required.
The successful candidate will ensure that our guests receive world-class, personal and anticipatory service.
Experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant is required.
Excellent knowledge of food, wine, beverages and service is required.
The ability to lift 30 pounds is required.
