Recreation Attendant

Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five Star resort is seeking recreation attendants. This role is responsible for providing superior service to our guests and club members at our pools, beaches, and fitness center. This position requires an upbeat, positive attitude and a willingness to please. The candidate would work with a team to create memorable experiences for our guests.

The recreation attendants' responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests by the pool in a warm and friendly manner
• Escorting guests to lounge chairs and arranging towels
• Serving light snacks poolside
• Providing amenities to guests such as sunscreen, water, additional towels as requested
• Making reservations for the pool cabanas
• Assisting at special events, such as dive-in movie nights, theme parties
• Anticipating guest needs
• Engage in beach activities with resort's younger guests
• Assist with ensuring all areas are pristine
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Previous experience at a luxury resort is preferred. Training will be provided. The individual should enjoy social interaction and attention to detail.
