Cape Cod's only Forbes Five Star resort is seeking a highly self-motivated individual with great interpersonal skills for a Catering and Conference Service Assistant Manager position:

General Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, personal and anticipatory service for our catering and conference service clients.

Answer all phone and email guest inquires according to Wequassett customer service standards.

Process all event orders, deposits and final payment through Delphi, HMS, Infogenisis systems.

Process all billing through Infogenisis.

Execute and coordinate smaller and short-term events along with banquet team. Be present for clients from the beginning to the end of events.

Conduct planning and tasting sessions with clients.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Conference Services and the Catering Managers.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organization, customer Service and computer skills. Catering or conference service experience is preferred.
