Cape Cod's only Forbes Five Star hotel is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator. The responsibilities of the Guest Relations Coordinator include:

  • Creating and managing welcome amenities
  • Assisting the Executive Office in making personal connections with guests and embracing our customer intimacy policy (ie. going above and beyond)
  • Providing genuine and anticipatory service while meeting the resort's standards and exceeding the expectations of our guests
  • Assisting the Executive Office with the pre-planning for select guests and groups.
  • Utilizing the resort's property management system
  • Completing all other assignments in a timely and professional manner
  • Being able to multi-task and have a flexible schedule in a high pace work environment

Excellent computer, organization and customer service skills are required. Guest service experience is preferred. Hospitality student or graduate is a plus.

The position reports to the Director of Guest Relations and the Director of Conference Services
