Cape Cod's only Forbes Five Star Hotel is seeking a Front of the House Manager to oversee front desk, concierge, communication, and bell services. Knowledge and proficiency required of all front desk activities including checking guests in and out of the resort, concierge and bell services and switchboard operations. The successful candidate will possess the ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and courteously. This position will ensure all guest expectations are exceeded.  The Front of House Manager will train, supervise and lead the front desk, switchboard and bell staff, ensuring a world-class guest experience. The successful candidate will become knowledgeable of the resort's operating system and ensure input is accurate and in accordance with resort's policies and procedures.

Excellent computer, leadership and customer service skills are required. Previous experience in a Front Office management role is required.  Experience in a luxury hotel resort is preferred.
