Cape Cod's only Forbes Five Star Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent.  Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests, check guests in and out
  • Provide personal service for guests of the hotel
  • Answer phones and utilize hotel computer systems and databases
  • Resolve billing issues/ charges to guest folios
  • Handle service requests taken in person and over the phone
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met
  • Make guest room reservations and modify guest room reservations
  • Be knowledgeable about the resort, its services and the surrounding area
  • Inform guests about the property its features, its services and special events

Good communication and organizational skills are required.  Demonstrated computer skills are also required.  Experience in the service industry is preferred.
