Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, Cape Cod's Forbes Five Star Hotel, is seeking an AM Sous Chef/ Breakfast Chef.  The responsibilities of the position are:

To oversee the breakfast/ lunch culinary team that provides for Banquets, twenty-eight Atlantic and Room Service

To ensure that the team is prepared for service and that the food is prepared to the resort's standards

To ensure that all guest requests are met and that their expectations are exceeded

To ensure that the breakfast/lunch culinary team works seamlessly with the service staff in twenty eight Atlantic, Banquets and in Room Service

To ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and all guest dietary restrictions are strictly adhered to

 

Excellent culinary, organization, communication and leadership skills are required

Supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant is strongly required
